Who we are

Welcome to our homestead! We are a small scale family farm located in Central Oregon where we raise egg laying chickens and grow vegetables on a .5acre using organic, no till methods. Abe & Oley Farms was named after our son Abe and his late black lab buddy, Oley. We founded the farm officially in 2019 and have been growing since.

At our farm, the chickens provide the best compost which sets our foundation to grow quality, nutrient dense vegetables. Spent crops are then returned to the flock, resulting in rich and flavorful eggs. This symbiotic relationship results in very little waste, happy soil, and spoiled chickens. Growing, gathering, hunting, and preserving is our way of life and we love to share this with the community.
